What You Bring:

• Real Estate License:  A valid real estate license in British Columbia or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Accountability and an attitude of constant improvement.
• Experience: 1-3 years in residential real estate, with additional customer service and sales experience, considered an asset.
• Ambition & Integrity: A client-focused approach with a genuine desire to build meaningful relationships and grow your business.
• Team Spirit: An ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
