What You Bring:

• Real Estate License: A valid real estate license in British Columbia or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Luxury Market Expertise: Experience or a strong interest in serving high-net-worth clients, with an understanding of the unique demands of luxury real estate
• Accountability & Continuous Improvement: A drive to exceed client expectations and a dedication to self-improvement
• Experience: 2+ years in residential real estate, with experience in luxury property sales or dealing with affluent clientele considered an asset
• Ambition & Integrity: A client-focused approach with a genuine desire to build lasting relationships based on trust, discretion, and personalized service
• Professional Presence: Impeccable presentation and communication skills to connect with clients at the highest level
• Team Spirit: An ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset
