What You Bring:

• Real Estate License: Active license in BC (Property Management License required)
• Experience: 1–3 years in residential property management (or equivalent hands-on experience managing a rental portfolio)
• Portfolio Ownership: You’re already managing a number of units and want to scale
• Client-Focused Mindset: Strong service orientation and ability to resolve tenant/landlord issues efficiently
• Organization & Autonomy: You can manage multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Growth-Driven Attitude: You want to elevate your property management business, not just maintain it
