Josh was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. He grew up in Dunbar and attended several small private schools.
Josh was a member of the first class to graduate from the prestigious West Point Grey Academy. From his mother, an award-winning author and Member of the Order of Canada, he learned the importance of community involvement and philanthropic activities. His father, the senior partner in a notable boutique law firm, instilled in him a strong sense of moral values and a love of justice.
Josh has always had a passion for helping people. From an early age he volunteered in various charities, and as a managing broker, made fundraising part of his company’s annual holiday event.
In 2005, Josh became a licensed real estate agent, and in 2010, he graduated from UBC with an Urban Land Economics Diploma, majoring in Property Management. Working his way up the ranks, Josh became a Managing Broker in 2014 and since that time he has led a large, and successful real estate company. He is the first person to help new agents when they have questions, and is skilled at handling complex problems which require both tact and firmness. Agents appreciate his dedication to his job and his availability to quickly answer concerns about contracts, or other issues.
Josh is the father of two beautiful children.
